This document is a template provided for convenience and must be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before it is relied upon. It does not constitute legal advice.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of TinTorch Account at account.tintorch.com and the related products in the TinTorch suite, including n10, Transfer, Forms, Sign, Docs and Pulse (collectively, the “Services”). TinTorch Account is the identity layer that provides single sign-on across the suite.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
  • You may secure your account with two-factor authentication and should keep your recovery codes safe.

3. Single sign-on

TinTorch Account authenticates you across the suite. When you sign in to any TinTorch product, you may be redirected to account.tintorch.com to authenticate and returned with a short-lived single sign-on token. Individual products rely on TinTorch Account for your identity and do not store your password.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them through means other than the interfaces we provide.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some products and features are offered on a paid basis. Paid plans are billed through our payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay or Cashfree) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Pricing, billing cycles, cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by TinTorch or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, subject to any sections that by their nature survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinTorch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at TinTorch’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The specific governing law and venue should be confirmed by legal counsel for your jurisdiction.
