Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions across the TinTorch product suite. Subscriptions are billed through our payment processors — Stripe, Razorpay or Cashfree — depending on your region and the product.

2. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) until cancelled.
  • The applicable price, currency and billing cycle are shown at checkout before you confirm.
  • Taxes may be added where required by law.
  • Payment is collected automatically by the relevant processor on each renewal date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account’s subscription settings. When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
  • Access to paid features ends when the current period concludes.

4. Refunds

Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated below. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases such as:

  • A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge.
  • A failure on our part to provide a paid feature for an extended period.
  • Situations where a refund is required under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the processor that handled the charge (Stripe, Razorpay or Cashfree). Processing times depend on the processor and your bank.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds. Repeated failure may result in cancellation of the subscription.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund or ask a billing question, contact billing@tintorch.com with your account email and the relevant transaction details. We aim to respond promptly.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
